Plug in icons disappeared after updating to MS Outlook 2013

    Plug in icons disappeared after updating to MS Outlook 2013

    I updated to Outlook 2013 and lost all my Method Outlook icons. How do I get them back? 

    I tried to reinstall the Method Plug in. The install seemed to work fine. I installed over the old install, but the icons still don't show in the new Outlook version 2013. 

    Please help. I miss my old method plugin :-(

    Try doing a complete uninstall of the plugin, then restart your computer and install it again. If all else fails, give us a call on the Method support line at 1.888.925.6238 x.2 and we'll be happy to take a look.
