Emails sent through Method not displaying in SENT folder Under Office 365

    Emails sent through Method not displaying in SENT folder Under Office 365

    Hello,

    I have configured users to send email through our Office 365 SMTP email server. I added Method's IP addresses and the emails are being received.

    However, the emails are not being saved/recorded under the SENT folder within Office 365/Outlook.

    Has anyone figured out a way to get this to work, or is the BC: email the only option?

    This is not related to the Outlook Pugin, but rather seems to be a general issue.

    Your help is appreciated.
