A quick question about activities. Does Method keep a history of the date of status changes in Case Activities? For example, if we had a phone call regarding a problem that was entered on 3/1/15 with a status of Not Started, updated on 3/2 with a status of In Progress and on 3/3 with a status of Completed, is there any way to view/report on how long it took to go from initial request to completion.
