Hi Josh,
I was able to add Email to my SalesRep table as a custom text field, click Finished Editing Fields and then go back into the table, where there is no option to Delete the field. I believe this is a custom field you have in Method, so it won't sync to QuickBooks either way.
If this is a custom field that you have added, and want to be able to modify it through Method, you should be able to with some customization. Typically speaking however, your users' emails are stored in the Users table. May I ask why you want it in the SalesRep table?
