    Sign-in error for Method

    One of our users receives a pop-up after signing in that says that he has timed out or signed in elsewhere, and is then re-directed back to the sign-in page (I would show a screenshot but it's impossible to do so in this forum).

    Clearing the browser (Chrome/Windows7) fixes things but this seems to happen quite frequently and/or randomly and does not make sense. This should not be a regular occurrence.
