Report Designer Cannot Open Reports

    Report Designer Cannot Open Reports

    I was working on customizing some reports last week and saved them.  When I launch Report designer today and try to sign in to look at the reports and continue editing I keep getting the message "Failed to Open a List of Reports from Server.  Reason given was: The Login <My Email Address> Was not Detected."  I know this is email/password I used last week and the same login info gets me into my Method account and I can look at everything there.  I did not change my password or anything since the last time I was in the report designer last week.
