Is there a correct format I should be using for importing multiple tags for a single contact record?  When I use the format:

,tagname,

I can import a contact tag and it's searchable from the Taglist column header on the Customer/Contact search screen.  I tried importing multiple tags for contact record using the format:

,tagname1,tagname2,

Both tags appear on the list but in this case tagname1 is searchable while tagname2 is not.  Any ideas appreciated!

Hi Mike,

You need to make sure that you add the tag in Method before importing it to your contacts. If you don’t do this, the tag will still be added to the contact, but will not function correctly and you will not be able to search for it.
