    Wed. 6:25am - your server appears to be down.  I can not even get to the log in page.

    Hi Maureen,

    One of our servers locked up at about 2:45am EDT this morning. When this happens, our load balancer should automatically direct to a server that is still functioning. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and some users had difficulty accessing sign in.

    Our development team rebooted the server around 6am EDT resolving the issue. I’m glad to hear that you are able to sign in now.
