Generate Report not showing all records

    Generate Report not showing all records

    I am using the generate report action with the filter of RecordID "In List" and it is only showing the first 9 records in the list on the report, not all of the records as it should be.

    Hi Matt,

    I know that you’ve probably already done this, but just to confirm;

    Have you tried displaying your list on the screen to confirm that is contains the expected record IDs (if your list is not just a text input object)? Have you confirmed that the record IDs are correct?

    I’ll see if I can replicate this and post back.

    Yes, I displayed the list on the screen and it has more than 9 record ids. I also tried different dates, the screen is a work order list screen.

    Hi Matt,

    I tested this with the CRM_Activity report and I’m seeing the same thing. It looks like the list is only including the first 10 items. If you select not in list you will probably notice that the 11th, 12th etc. items will be included anyway.

    I’ll create a ticket for the development team to investigate. I’ll keep you posted with any updates via this thread. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Matt,

    We just deployed an update to Method New that included a fix for this issue. I have tested and verified that this has been resolved. Please test this yourself and post back if you believe this to still be an issue.
