I’m sorry that you are having trouble with this. I’m happy to take a look myself, but I need you to do a couple of things first.
1) Navigate to Customize > Users and activate the MethodSupport user
2) Send me an email with your company account name and the name of your print template
I’ll try to replicate this on my end and have a look at the template to see if I can locate the cause of the issue.
