    Corrupted User

    What are the chances that a user can get corrupt, not being able to access totally or partially to screens and fields he or she has access to?

    Hi Marco,

    I suppose that this is theoretically possible however, I have never run into this situation. You can try following the steps listed in Solution No. 429 of our Help Center for regenerating the Users table to see if this helps.

    My thought is that there is another issue here that you are not considering. If regenerating the table does not correct the issue, give our support team a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2 so that they can investigate.

    Hi Audisho,

    So what I need to do to regenerate a table is to open customize, tables and in this case the user table and click Finished Editing? I'm having a problem where a particular user is not being able to see the Sales Order list grid beside the Sales Order form. Could that be the same issue?

    I already went over all the basics that include a review of roles, users, and related screens and dind't find anything unusual. In fact, the user with the problem belongs to a role which only has another user and the other user can navigate with no problem in all the screens she has access to.

    Hi Marco,

    The steps that you listed for regenerating the table are correct. This isn’t something that I can troubleshoot effectively through the forums, as it requires me to be able to see and replicate the issue.     Hello. Inder solved our issue. It had to with user being able to see empty records and missing assignments. I appreciate help received from you and Inder.
