Clients have been receiving the following message:
The account name or portal name was not specified in the URL. Please check the URL that was provided to you and try again.
The message prevents the client from logging in. Originally I thought it was only affecting clients who were using Safari, but today I had a client who was using a browser other than safari. This is a custom portal. I can login to all 3 of the clients accounts from my computer. However, I grabbed a collegue's iPhone and duplicated the issue. I was also able to duplicate the issue on a Mac as well.

What can I have these clients try? It is only a few, but they are frustrated that this will not work for them. In 2 of 3 the cases, they have been able to pay in the past.
