    How to stop followup emails

    When an activity is completed and the followup is scheduled to another user, Method New sends an email to that user.

    Is there any way to control this? One of my clients find this a nusiance.

    Hi Mahlon,

    Is the user receiving a Reminder email or a Follow-Up Activity email? As far as I can tell, Method New doesn’t send a follow-up activity email at this time. You can disable reminder emails per activity status by navigating to New / Edit Activity Statuses, selecting the status and unchecking the “Cause Reminder?” box.
