A few weeks ago I finished customizing the print templates in the report designer. Today I was testing a few out by clicking 'print preview' and I noticed that while my estimate report generated all of the line items, my sales order template only shows the first line item and nothing else. I have attached 2 images of what my design looks like in report designer, although they basically look the same.

Any idea as to what would be causing this?

Hi Conner,

The Detail Report section of your estimate template lists “Estimate.EstimateLine.Estimate”, but the Detail Report on your sales order template does not list anything here. It also looks like you may have dragged the incorrect line item fields onto the sales order template. You need to drag in the fields from the SalesOrderLine table that is nested in the SalesOrder table. Not the stand-alone SalesOrderLine table.

That did the trick!  I didn't realize that I used the fields from the wrong table.
