'<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line , position 70.

My client is having issues with the method outlook plugin.

When trying to add SOME emails to method using the plug-in they get the error '<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line , position 70.

This does not happen to every email only some emails, with certain contacts in method.

We have tried taking the email, and copying it to notepad, then pasting in to the plugin, to eliminate any funky htlm characters, but that does not seem to help either.

they have an open ticket with support Case # 14175.  the case has been open for a month and they have not heard anything back from method support.

Can we get some assistance please?  As the client is highly frustrated with Method at this point, as they now have a large number of emails they need to add to cases but are unable to.

We have tried calling in, but are unable to get through to anyone.

I handle their IT support, please contact me directly regarding the issue
