    Trouble processing payment with psi gate

    I am having trouble processing payments. I was told by an agent at psigate,

    'In order to process your transactions ‎as Sales instead of PreAuths, the software that sends PSiGate the transaction request must set the 'CardAction' tag value  to '0' instead of '1' as it is set to currently'



    How can I acheive this in Method?

    Hey Kelly,

    As this will have sensitive information, we'll take it off the Forums - I have created a Support case for you. As soon as a member from Support is available they will reach out and troubleshoot the error over a screen share.

    I have noted down all the information you have given us here and updated the case notes with that information.
