I'm m hoping macro is the right term for this.. 

One frustration I have with method customization is making buttons,  etc. That do the same thing on different screens. It's great to be able to call an action set from elsewhere on a screen. However,  it would save a lot of time and possibly troubleshooting if we could either call action sets from other screens,  or make a list of macros. That way,  if we have a button or field that we use frequently,  we don't have to manually build it on every screen. 

This would help with novice customizers as well,  as we wouldn't have to disect a function that we don't completely understand.

Great point, I know in Method:Classic you were able to copy Action Sets across the whole account:

Which then would give you a list that looks like:

I am not seeing this option in Method:New -- I have put in a feature request with our development team.
