I created a new field in Method called "Serial Number" and populated it. I added this field and data to the Sales Order (SO) screen. The field and data appears ok on the SO screen (see attachment1), and the data appears ok in the Sales Order List table (attachment2).
But once I synced to QB, the data disappeared from Method SO screen (attachment 3) and from the Sales Order List Table (attachment 4).
Why did the data disappear after the sync, and what do I do to keep the data in Method?
I guess I can't attach attachments to this G&A posting. Just let me know and I'll be glad to email the attachments.
