Error Copying screens

    Error Copying screens

    Hello method.

    We have been encountering a problem for about a week now. When we copy a screen, we get the error:

    Hoowever: I exit out and refresh all of method, and the screen is made. In the copied screen, no actions anywhere are copied over.

    Hey,

    Does it happen only when you copy customized screens? Or is it with both stock & customized?

    Hey James,

    I have seen this issue before with another client. This one will be tough to troubleshoot over the Forums; I have created a case for you and a Support member will reach out ASAP to further troubleshoot over a screen share.

    Hey James,

    The case is open and has now been assigned to a Support member. They should be in contact ASAP.

    I have noted down all the information in the case notes.
