Additional Information Screen not the same

    Additional Information Screen not the same

    When I look in the Help Forum, I see that Additional Information (https://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=MethodCRM&article=Edit-customer&id=336) for editing a customer or a new customer is showing fields that I cannot find in my non-customized screen.  Examples include Payment Information (for storing credit card info) and Account Number.

    Am I missing something?

    Hey Meghan,

    That screen is on Method:CRM that is syncing to QuickBooks Desktop. If you are using QuickBooks Online it won't be displayed. 

    Which QuickBooks are you currently connected to?

    I'm using QBO.
    Thank you for the information.
    Is there some place in Method Help where I can select the version of Quickbooks I am using so that I can get help that applies to my version of Method and Quickbooks?

    Hey, 

    Unfortunetly there is no way to toggle it to only show information on the platform you are on (QBO/QBD). 

    I have sent a note to our Education team to add a note on the article that will inform readers that article relates to QBD.
