Transaction Table Loading Grid Error

    Transaction Table Loading Grid Error

    Hi guys,

    Does anyone having an issue with the transaction table on Customer Screen? I did nothing to the screen and its always Error Reading Grid now. I've checked the Grid and nothing is wrong.. Anyone can help?

    Hey Jonathan, 

    Are you possibily using Firefox? I did receive a report recently of Firefox not properly loading the Grid.

    If so I suggested they Reset Firefox following:

    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

    Let me know if that solves the issue.

    Hey Jonathan,

    I am using Chrome myself, specifically: Version 45.0.2454.99 (64-bit).

    Which version of Chrome are you running also which operating system?

    Please also try Reseting Chrome, in case it is an extension causing issues to the screen:

    Give that a shot and let me know if it works for you.

    Still has no luck on the transaction table. This issue is affecting the whole company's computer. Are you able to check it?

    Hi Jonathan,

    Is this happening on a customized screen or the stock CRM_EditCustomer screen? Are you able to test this grid on the stock CRM_EditCustomer screen (By navigating to the Customize tab > Screens and and then click on View beside the CRM_EditCustomer screen) for me and see if the Grid is not loading? 

    If the stock screen is functioning normally, would you be able to give me a little more information on your custom grid? What fields is it displaying on the back-end? are there any SQL Overrides on the Columns?

    Hi Ben,

    The standard screen is working fine. So its about my screen ya? I did no change to the transaction tab. At first it was OK, and aroun 2-3 monhts back its always error loading grid. Any advice?

    Hi Jonathan

    Its hard to diagnose without seeing the grid itself, but it sounds like there is probably something with an SQL override on one or more of the columns in this grid. If you remove the Overrides one at a time (Might be best to copy the screen for testing before you do this) to narrow down where the issue lies, we can go from there. If you find its related to a specific SQL query, would you be able to post it here for me to test?

    Hey Ben,

    There are no SQL overrides for the table. I'm using the standard one and I never change any of the code inside the transaction table.
