Greetings

I have a employee that is having issues typing the ! and the upper case letter to log in.  

Is there anyway we can relax these requirements setting?

Hey John,

Using strong passwords lowers overall risk of a security breach. Guidelines for choosing good passwords are designed to make passwords less easily discovered. 

Is your employee maybe logging in from a mobile that is having trouble with using certain symbols/uppercases?

My suggestion would be, advise him to use a different symbol for example: , or ; and limit him to use only 1 upper case letter.
