    Screen Issue

    Hello Method!

    We have been having an issue where old screens are being replaced by new live screens in our account. I have an example that I could show you. Do you know why this happens?

    Hi There!

    Are you reffering to the Screen regeneration issue you are experiencing? or is this a separate Issue? Would you be able to show me the examples you mentioned?

    Yes here is an example!

    So this is the picture we use for our Field Service Center Dashboard:

    I changed this screen, hid the top section, and added more stuff in. I haven't touched it for 13 days as stated here:

    Hi James,

    Just so I have this clear, what exactly should be happening here? 

    My understanding of what your saying is that the Tab link is pointing to an incorrect screen? In the example you mentioned what is the screen that you are expecting to see?

    The name of the screen should be FieldService_Dashboard(2). Some how this screen reverted to an old one.

    Hi James,

    Ah I see. Would you be able to try copying the FieldSerivce_Dashboard(2) screen you created, and on Step 3 of 3: Tab Link  checking the box which says Replace links to an existing screen and selecting FieldService_Dashboard(2) for me? Its possible something went wrong in the copy here.

    Yes I can try that, but it makes me skeptical because this has happend to our Work Order Screen, Purchase Order, and Bills screen in the past. We run our whole commission process out of method, and have put in triggers into each of these screens. If it goes to an old screen, a commission will get missed. This really is a concern for me. Please let me know what you think.
