Hi. I am new to most of this and have stumbled into a problem I have not been able to resolve. When I process a payment via Method using the authorize.net gateway, the payment fails. The errror I get says the payment did not process - invoice numer needed.
This happens anytime I try to process from Methods CRM (Classic). It does it both when logged in as myself or as a test client. When I process the payment outside of Method using authorize.net's Virtual Terminal or input the card into their mobile app for iOS - the payment goes through and an invoice number is not needed.
I am also able to process a payment with no issues through the Intuit gateway. I want Authorize.net to be my primary processor and not have to rely on Intuit.
