    What's the little symbol that looks like a key?

    Sorry for asking such an elementary question but I haven't come across the explanation/purpose/use for the little key symbol that appears on a number of the screens.

    Or maybe it's not a key. Maybe it's a funnel???  Tiny pictures are obviously not my strong point.

     Hi K.C,

    It's meant to be a filter. So if you want to filter the grid you can enter the criteria and then click on the little 'filter icon'. Notice, if you type something in one of columns (filter field) you'll see a new filter icon appearing with an X across it, this will remove any filter criteria you entered for the grid.
