I was troubleshooting an error message for a client on a customized version of the new contact screen.
On the SaveBase button, insert customer action, the internal note is blocking some of the actions and I'm not able to scroll.

Thank you for reporting this. It appears that our deployment this morning has caused some issues with scrolling within a popup window. The screen shot you posted is a result of this.
I've created a ticket for our development team to investigate. I'll post back here once this has been resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
