    Crying [:'(] SYNCING ERROR - Urgent

    Please help. I'm unable to sync my company file due to this error message:

    1/5/2016 5:28:15 PM ERROR'MESSAGE'VALIDATE PERMISSIONS: FAIL/ERROR'/MESSAGE'

    What does this mean??

    I've created a ticket with the support team and someone will reach out first thing tomorrow to troubleshoot the issue with you.

    Hi Abiose,

    Welcome to the Method forum! While you wait for a call from our support team, you may want to try the following.

    1. Resetting your password HERE

    2. Verify that your are logged into QuickBooks as the admin user

    3. Verify the permissions on the QuickBooks certificates for the Method Integration Engine and the Method Listener. These can be located by navigating to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Settings. Removing these will prompt you to re-add them the next time you connect the Method Integration Engine to QuickBooks.

    Hey Audisho

    I am having the same exact problem. I followed all 3 of the steps you laid out and I am still having the same issue. Please let me know what needs to be done in order to resolve this asap. Thanks!

    FYI: Ended up being able to resolve this issue by signing into the sync engine using my email address instead of my username....
