Hi everyone -
I'm trying to make sure that all of our important customer information is showing in Method. I haven't been able to locate the CC Email, or Mobile fields that are present as (I believe) standard fields in the Customer Information section of Quickbooks anywhere in Method. I've looked at the Integration Tools and Exported the tables where I thought this information should be located, but can't find the above fields.
Also, the customer Notes field in QB now allows for multiple entries by date. From what I can tell, when this information comes into the Notes field in Method, it only brings over the first entry. Can anyone give me advice on how to see all of the notes from QB in Method?
