Estimate Print - where did the customer address go?

    Estimate Print - where did the customer address go?

    Hi there,

    We built our estimate template in the Report Designer based upon the estimate template. To show the customer address, we used "EstimateShipAddress3" . It's always showed up and we've never had a problem until the last week or so. Now, nothing shows up in that field, even though there is clearly data in that field in all of our estimates. I've tried using all of the different ship-to options to no avail.

    Do you have any idea as to how we can fix this?

    I have had this same issue.  But add to the fact that no address were printed.  This hppens once in a while.

    Hi sdmo,

    Is this still happening for you? I know there's some inconsistency between how QBO handles addresses and how we do. Its something we've identified with Intuit and logged a ticket for. This sounds like something along those lines. If this continues to happen, I'd suggest giving our support line a call and demonstrate what is happening.
