from estimate to workorder will not work any more

    from estimate to workorder will not work any more

    Greetings.

    A button that I have been using for well over 6 years without a hitch will not work anymore.  Efective today when in estimates and when i press the "create/lookup workorder" button, the screen pops up but no customer information follows the WO.  No customer and no line items.  This is a pretty old custom screen that has been working for well over 6 years.  

    Your stock screen works great.  I even created a new button from your stock screen to my custom screen and it still does not work.  I am really baffled at this issue.  

    Any Ideas?

    Sorry for the late response here. Happy to assist now however!

    Definitely seems like a strange issue, I tested the stock functionality, and as you mentioned it's working as intended. Are you able to email me directly with the Account/Screen in question? My email is <b.hargreaves@method.me>
