Can't change text field to HTML Editor

I have a field in a table called Description. I want to display on Edit screen as HTML.

When I change to HTML I can't change the Settings and can't actually save as HTML. It just reverts back to text.

    Hi Mahlon,

Im seeing the same thing on my test account. I found also that when selecting HTML Editor the entire 'Settings' Section would disappear until I moved the control around on the screen, at which point the settings would show up again, but still display as 'Text Input'.

Ive opened up a new ticket with our development team here to look into the Issue. I will report back with a resolution.

    Thanks Mahlon.

I anm having a very similar issue. I have noticed othat for every field on a screen that is linked to the master table, I cannot change them from text input to neither HTML or Text. Attempting to do so makes the settings optoins disappear like you noticed Ben, until I clicked out of the control and back on it, at which point the settings are back AND my change to the Display as options was retained, but the save button for the screen does not recognize any new changes so stays disabled. even making other recognizable changes with this change still does not actually change the display type of the field.

    Hope that helps.
