Hi Nick,
i just took a quick look in your account and it appears since you posted this that you have managed to reconnect Method to QuickBooks yourself.
For anyone else reading this post, The error messaging is reffering to a link Path in our Method:New platform, hence why if you are on Classic the link goes nowhere.
If you needed help reconnecting a Method Classic Account to QuickBooks online, there are a number of ways to accomplish this.
1. Disconnect from Method Side
- Log into Method and Navigate to the QuickBooks Tab > Syncronize Tablink
- Scroll down to Method PUSH and click on the Disconnect button
- This will redirect you to a page which prompts you to Reconnect your Method account to QuickBooks (If you lose this sceren, no worries! you can naivagate back to the preference Tab, and you will find the Disconnect button has now been replaced by a Reconnect button
- From here, you will be prompted to log into your Intuit/QBO account
- Select Select the QuickBooks file you wish to sync with
- Click 'Authorize'
2. Disconnect from QuickBooks Side
- Log into QuickBooks online, and navigate to the Apps Section on the left hand toolbar
- Click on My Apps
- Scroll until you find your connected Method:CRM app, and click Disconnect
- From here you should be able to reconnect be either Adding the App again from Intuit Apps, or alternatively you can reconnect by following the above steps.
