I have made a new report that includes activity comments.  However the text from the activity comments is being compressed into 1 paragraph.  If I have notes from a couple different days, I would like them to show on the report like this (which is how they are entered in the activity):

5/1/16 Mr Smith called he wants a new pen.

5/2/16 Mr. Smith called - says please be sure it is a purple pen.

5/3/16 Mr. Smith received his pen today, he loves his new puple pen.

However in the report it shows like this:

5/1/16 Mr Smith called he wants a new pen.5/2/16 Mr. Smith called - says please be sure it is a purple pen.5/3/16 Mr. Smith received his pen today, he loves his new puple pen.

Can someone pretty please tell me how to have the report designer recognize the new line?

Ill be happy to help out! Fortunately this is a relatively easy change to make on the Report Designer Side to make this report function in the way you want.

What you are looking for is the 'MultiLine' setting on the Activity.Comments object of the report. (Ive used the existing CRM_Activities_WithComments report to demonstrate)
