    Error message when try to create a new record

    We have a custom screen that allowed us to duplicate a SKU and then add a couple of lines to the description field. This morning we are getting the following error message.

    "Insert Records Into Table Failed. A Text field from the screen was not found. Please edit your actions to ensure the field exists. If you continue to experience issues please regenerate the screen."

    This screen is not new we had it for years and it function perfectly until today. What changed? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Would it be possible for you to email me your account, the screen name and the process you use to get to the error? I can have a quick look for you.

    Also, did you make any changes to a related table by chance? Remove a field from a table that might be used in the action that is failing?
