Changes in field can't be saved!

    Changes in field can't be saved!

    First of all, this screen has been created years ago without any recent modificaiton. Just start acting up. Change the Sales Price, click save and close. Go back into the edit saw the change is there. Move onto the next item then saw the Sales Price has been changed to the same amount. Try a different item and saw the same thing. Regenarate the screen now the Sales Price revert back to the original even for the one that we meant to change. Clear browser cache, restarted browser and tried on differnt computer still see this issue. Any ideas?

    Also after more than 5 years using Method I still couldn't figure out how to open a support case. What am I doing wrong?

    I dont work for Method but I was wondering if you were using a tablet?

    Hi there John,

    ChowrenToys and I actually took this one offiline a few weeks back and resolved this one together. But Thanks very much for replying!

    For reference, the issue here was an internal change on the SalesPrice field from a Decimal field, to a Money field which was causing some issues while saving.

    The fix for this is to remove the field (and any references to it within actions) from the screen, and simply re-add it, which resolved the issue.
