Unable to Download App

    Unable to Download App

    I got the invitation for the mobile app. I registered, then tried downloading the IOS app.

    I get a message Unable to Download App. Method could not be installed at this time.

    It gives me the option to retry, but this produces the same error.

    Hi Mahlon,

    It looks like your device hasnt registered properly just yet. You'll need to click on the link that you would have recieved in the invite email from your iOS device to have it registered.

    Unfortuantely Apple doesnt make it easy to register devices with HockeyApp, but once your registered you should be good to go :)

    I did that...now I get a message saying please wait, the developer needs to add your device

    Sorry forgot to clarify,

    For iOS users, once you've registered your device we need to release an entire new build while we are in the beta phases. We will be releasing a new build later today to catch all the iOS registered users from today, and you should be able to download the app later today/tomorrow. 

    Apple's really not making this one easy for us!

    Okay - thanks for the clarification.  

    In the past I've tested other iOS apps with TestFlight -which seemed simplier.  However, it figures a bunch of Canadians would use something called HockyApp.
