Cannot access "Subscription Portal"

    Cannot access "Subscription Portal"

    Hi,

    I use Admin to access this "Subscription portal", but it shows that this app is switch to new version of method. Then it shows a new login screen to me. With my admin ID.pwd, I cannot login to this portal. The message says that I should be invited as a guest or not able to access it. What's this about? I can access this function no problem before., please help, I need to get all subscription records for accounting.

    Hi Alex,

    I can Help you out with this one - Ill need to add whatever email you are attempting to log in as into our internal system to enable access to Billing (and the Subscription portal)

    Would you be able to email me directly at <b.hargreaves@method.me> with your Email address and The Account (s) you were needing access to subscription for?
