    Inventory tracking in QBO

    From what I know, Method does not sync P.O's and Sales Orders from QBO. What is an alternative approach to track Inventory information?

    I am looking to track the following Item fields: QuantityOnHand, QuantityOnOrder, QuantityOnSalesOrder.

    Hi There,

    If you have Inventory Tracking enabled in QBO - We actually already sync with the 'QuantityOnHand' field within the ItemInventory table. You should see that information when opening up items -


    Further, we are also working on building out apps to sync with Vendor Transactions (eg. Bills PO's etc...) but we dont have a hard ETA on this one just yet.

    If you needed to build out some kind of Item Receiving capability - we currently Do sync with Bill information from QBO, we just dont have an app for it just yet. Meaning you could build out a custom app based on the 'Bills' table - and you should be able to recieve Items. There are still a few kinks we are working out to the Bill Sync process - but it should serve you basic needs.
