    Item rate not saving, takes several tries

    Hello,

    I opened a new method account and am having problems on the invoice screen.

    When I enter a rate into an item, the rate is not saved when closing the item. All other item info is carried over to the invoice, but the item value is zero.

    If I do a combination of saving the invoice and reentering the item rate it will eventually save, but this takes 3-4 tries. 

    I'm doing quite a few invoices at the moment and this is very irksome.

    Any help would be appreciated.
