Hello!

I recently made a new report in Report Designer which is simply a pivot grid report, nothing else.  In preview and HTML mode, it looks fine, as I want it to.

My issue is, I have a button on one of our screens to generate this report.  No matter what I do (ie, no filters, quadruple-check everything), I am constantly getting this error:

"Error^Action Sequence Order:1^ERROR: There was an unspecified error loading the report. Please check your Generate Report action to ensure all fields are setup properly, and that the report loads correctly in the report designer."

I can't figure this out.  I have even changed the button to generate a different report, and it works.  It's specifically this pivot grid report that won't load.  We have severlal other buttons that work fine on the same screen.  

Is this specifically a pivot grid issue or am I missing something else???

Theres a few things that may not be set up correctly here, Would you be compfortable with me jumping in your account to take a peek?

If you can let me know Your Account Name - Name of the Screen with the 'Generate Report' action, and also the Name of the report, that would help greatly
