System is down

    System is down


    At 8:55pm  PST the following happens in classic.  

    1. I can log in

    2. Tabs show. and thats it

    3. I turned the computer off, then turned it back on using chome still nothing.

    4. logged into method using my tablet on the verizon network, same as above. 

    5. logged into method using desktop using E, same as above.

    6. logged into method using droid turbo using mobile and it works!

    7. your website to support is working. 

    8. new version is working using chrome

    Hi there John,

    At the time you mentioned (8.55pm PST) - Our reporting server went offline briefly. Our Monitoring tools Alerted us of this outage, and the Reporting Server was restarted shortly after.

    At this time, you should not be experiencing any problems - But if you are, let me know and I'll have someone reach out to assist ASAP.
