    Hello Method!

    I received an email error for a specific user. The "

    Response from Mail Server

    Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender


    Nothing has changed in our Office 365 environment. The user has send as permissions from the admin account that is logged into method. It is only happening for one of our users. I tried to reset our setting just to make sure, and received the Status email from Method saying our server was ok. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?
