Error message "The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it."

    Error message "The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it."

    Hi,

    recently, the system pop up this erro rmessage (randomly)

    I found some old forum message saying that the records may be conflict, but that is not my case. Is there any way to debug this case and know which instruction cause this error?

    Hi Alex,

    The Error and screenshot you sent are usually indicitive of a record being Archived. There are a few reasons this can happen (like syncing with separate QuickBooks files - typically accompanied by conflicts as you mentioned), but its probably best we investigate this one offline together.

    Can you shoot me an email at Success@method.me with the Customer and RecordID(if you have it) and I can take a look.
