Is there any survey integration such as survey monkey?

I'm sure I could use email campaigns that link to specific surveys and follow-up through their but was just curious about any direct integration.

We don't have an integration with Survey Monkey - however there are a few options for you:

1. Web-to-lead form: Method has web-to-lead forms that are customizable and can be used as a survey tool. You can learn more about customizing them here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNqNW67GjIQ. If you would like a hand setting this up you can work with our professional services team.
