Any issue when send mail with report as attachment?

    Any issue when send mail with report as attachment?

    Hi,

    Starting this morning (Los Angeles time), we exerpeicen the issue that email with report as attament does not work. The email is sent but no attachment. What we are dong is to generate a report and save it to a action result, then use this action result as attchment when send out email.

    If we just generate that report and show it in a new window, then it is fine, we can get that report, but not from action result. The weird thing is, if we generate that report and show it in a new window, then we could send that attachement out till we close the screen.

    any idea? please help, that is kind of urgent.

    I use active SalesOrder RecordID to filter the result. and use Filter Safeguard to limit it to one record only. For the same code, if I check "Show in new window", that report is generated and can be downloaded. If I uncheck "show in new window" and just save in action result, that action result can not be attached to my email. If I change filter safeguard to "Always generate", and save it to action result only., still not able to get that action result as attachment.

    Hi Alex,

    A few users have reported similar issues today, and we are actively looking into a solution for this one. Rest assured its nothing you are doing on your end!

    Any updates on this? We are having the same issue and it's really getting to be quite a pain.

    We are experiencing the same in the UK since Thursday. Any news would be most appreciated, as we have since been refraining from sending our invoices out (we send more than 100 invoices out per day !) and have now a bit of a backlog... Thank you for your prompt attention to this,
