    Have a question with Work Orders.

    When creating teams, the calendar event shows up on the primary employee, but the secondary employee's get no calendar event, so that day's schedule won't show up on their calendar. Anyway to add that so I'm not creating multiple work orders for staff?

    Hi TomH,

    A work order shows up on the Assign To user's calendar because a work order is an activity with a single Assign-To field. To achieve what you mentioned (the ability to assign a work order to a crew Leader and have that work order visible on the crew member's calendar too), you can customize your account in a number of ways, one of which is to configure the filtering to enable the work order to be visible on both the Leader and the Member's calendars.
