Hi Mike,
I'm going to take a shot in the dark here...
By default clicking on the customer name uses the action Go To Tab Link and by default it takes you to the Customer Center>Customer List.
It looks like you created a new tab named RH Customers and either deleted or don't have the Customer Center tab visible in the role you are in. Try editing the Opportunity screen. Edit the action for Customer and change the tab that it takes you to, to be RH Customers>Customer List.
