Sync Problem

    Sync Problem

    Our Sales Receipts haven't sync'ed over to Method since August 11th. We are getting an error message in the sync engine that says (Error: QuickBooks found an error when parsing the provided XML text stream.) Not sure if this is related or what inforamtion you need to figure this out. Thanks

    Hi Thesolarguys,

    This is a difficult one to diagnose over the forum without being able to see your QuickBooks and sync engine at the same time - Its Probably best we connect via a screenshare so we can take a look.
