All the quantities we use on sales/purchase forms are whole integers, so the decimal format assigned isn't necessary. I don't seem to be able to edit the properties for the Quantity fields to change from decimal to integer status, any ideas?

Also is there a way to edit what is displayed in the drop down when selecting items? I would love for it to show the current Quantity on Hand in addition to what is already there.

Hi Tracy,

That Quantity fields for the sales/purchase orders are pulled directly from QuickBooks and QuickBooks has them set up as decimals internally so we must also follow that.

If you edit the grid and view the advanced settings for the particular drop down you have options to select up to 3 additional columns that will be displayed in the drop down.
