This probably belongs in the Outlook integration forum, but I couldn't figure out how to post in that forum.
We have 2 issues with this Outlook utility:
1. When we click the "add to Method" button in Outlook for an appt. and navigate to the screen where you can set the date, if we change the start date, the end date does not automatically change to reflect this new start date. So for example, if we choose a start date further in the future, the end date is still in the past. In Outlook, the end date is automatically updated, so this is confusing to users.
2. If we open an appointment window in Outlook and then click the add to Method button and navigate to the date screen and change the start and/or end date, the date change is not reflected in the Outlook date range. So we end up with 2 appointments. One in method with the date we set with the add to method button and one in outlook for the date that was showing in the Outlook appointment window. Again, users expect those to be in sync.
